On Saturday the 30th of November, 20+ members from USYD kendo club attended their NSWKA kendo grading at Lidcombe. Everyone trained extra hard to attain their respective grades, and those who passed can hold much pride and confidence in their current Kendo. Keep up the good work!
We had many people grading, ranging from those who were they for their very first time, to those who were their aiming to obtain their 4th dan grade. We also had a few of our members triple grade, a huge achievement. This was all possible thanks to the tremendous work and effort put in by own sensei and seniors who tirelessly increased everyone’s skill level and looked over everyone’s kata. Thank you!
Overall, this grading allowed everyone to self-reflect on their own kendo. From this, we can only improve. To those who passed, congratulations.
