Hello everyone,
On the 22nd of May, 2022, many members of the club went to Kohya Japanese BBQ to celebrate Takayama-sensei, our club head-coach, receiving his 7th Dan grade successfully, in Japan! This was a major achievement, with cause for major celebration!
At the venue, we all enjoyed some great Japanese BBQ, after a long hiatus of not being able to come to Kohya, due to COVID! With Takayama-sensei’s help and planning, we were able to organise a return to Kohya and were able to enjoy some great meat and drinks to the fullest, with a toast to sensei being made to congratulate him on his grand achievement.
