Hello everyone,
On Friday, the 10th of June, we had a bit of a change of pace, and ended up training outside on the tennis courts!
While we couldn’t wear all of our bogu, or uniform, we were able to brush up on our physical training with various fun exercises and swinging sets!
It was a great opportunity for all of us to really get in touch with basic exercise, to remind us that Kendo is not entirely about just the sword, but keeping our body in good health as well!
