Hello everyone,
On Sunday, the 27th of November, after our training ended, we all went down to the Japanese restaurant Kura Kura, to have our 2022 End Of Year Dinner celebration!
It was a great way to celebrate and top off 2022, a year full of ups and downs – hopefully this party provided everyone with an opportunity to end this year off with a bang, and to bring in the next year with a positive mood!
It was a great night of fun, food and drinks, all which would have not been possible if not for the help of our club head coach, Takayama-sensei, and our wonderful executive team – through everyone’s combined efforts, I am glad to say that the night went smoothly!
Our beginner cohort also presented some amazing gifts to our club senseis, instructors and executive team, and produced some amazing pieces of art as a gift of appreciation!
While this was our last official big event for the year, I hope to see everyone at our events for the USYD Kendo Club next year, in 2023!
