On Friday 28th March, we held our first pub night event of 2025!
We had a shorter training session focused on shiai practice, which was a good experience for both our Dan and Kyu players – for our 2024 Semester 1s, this was our first opportunity to gain “real” match experience!
After training, beginners and seniors alike eagerly hurried over to the Royal Hotel Darlington for a super fun night of food, drinks, socialising, and of course some 8-ball pool! It’s been a while since our last club pub night, so everyone made sure to enjoy themselves thoroughly!
This was the first opportunity for our new 2025 Semester 1 cohort to mingle and engage with the senior members, and their first official social event with the club – we made sure to give them a warm welcome!
