Hello everyone,
On the 8th of May, 2022, many members of our club attended the AKR and NSWKA Kendo grading event!
This event not only had members from our club participating, but Kendo practitioners from clubs all across Sydney!
For those who are out of the loop, grading is an important aspect of our Kendo journeys, as it provides us with an opportunity to reaffirm our Kendo ability from our training, and to see if we can use that ability to reach higher limits and grades!
Many of us passed, achieving our grades – however, it is too early to feel proud! From here, we will now need to strive for even higher heights and challenge the next grade when the opportunity arrives!
