O-week 2016 has finished, but lets take a quick look behind the scenes…
Its easy to think that O-week is just a festive week where we stand and promote your own club. Well, not when you have to be in the blazing the sun with Kendo armour on!
The (new) members that join our club are our future, and our current members have the duty to welcome them and share our experience as best as we can. This isn’t some unique bushido spirits – its common sense really.
A big thank you to all our wonderful members who began O-week preparation early in February! Lead by our vice president Kai Kikuchi, also the club’s vice president, we had several info sessions for rosters, times, demo instructions, contacting each other, etc.
