On Saturday, we spent a long day with Ritsumeikan students. Our seminar started at 10am and last nearly 4 hours! Base on yesterday shiai, we found out t that we still have a lot to learn in Kendo.

Before the seminar open, Reishiki together

After a short opening ceremony, we quickly separated into four groups. Dan boys and Kyu level boys were doing some physical stuff while all girls and semester 2 beginners (they will get their Bogu soon) are leading by Ritsumeikan girls. By the leading of Ritsumeikan students, we have some short classes to review Kendo knowledge we have. The lessons include Kihon (basic kendo practice) and experiences in competition.
warm up

Warm up! Warm up is very important before the training.

During our seminar, some kids come and join us, These little cutes give us so much joy in long tiring practice.

At the end of seminar, we’ve done a hundred (Yes! 100!) Hayasuburi for throwing last drop of energy from body. We were exhausted and finish soon and join our BBQ.
