Trial Lessons at O-week
Following our time manning the O-week stalls, our beginner trial sessions kicked off to great success! It’s always a great opportunity to share with new people what kendo is about and where it can lead you!

As a special introduction, Sensei introduced everyone to Kendo Basketball!

A big draw to our club is the socialising at our club. Senior or beginner, we’re all friendly!

As is yearly tradition, Jordan leads the members in the USYD chant!

Thanks to everyone who volunteered at O-week and welcome to the new beginners to our big dojo! Let’s kick off 2024 with a bang!
Sunday BBQ!
On Sunday we held another trial session for beginners as well as a Sunday BBQ to welcome our beginners. In a much more relaxed environment with snags and skewers sizzling away, we had another great chance to talk and celebrate the arrival of our new beginners!

Part 2 of any BBQ: Talk, talk, talk!

Part 1 of any BBQ: Eat, eat , eat!

Our Glorious President Jie and Andrew getting ready to bring out the sausages and skewers!
Thank you again for everyone who volunteered their time at O-week and A big welcome to the new beginners of 2024!
